THE RECENT SERVICE WAS PROMPTLY COMPLETED AS PROMISED WHICH I APPRECIATED RECEIVING MY CAR THE SAME DAY. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO DRIVE THE CAR FROM THE AREA CLEAN. I PURCHASED MY CAR NEW AT TEAM INFINITI AND YOU GREG WHILE A SERVICE WRITER ALWAYS WROTE UP THE ORDER FOR SERVICE. YOU STILL DO AFTER BEING PROMOTED TO SERVICE MANAGER. THE REASON I LIKE THE SAME PERSON WRITING UP THE SERVICE ORDER BECAUSE THAT PERSON KNOWS THE CAR. IN ALL THE 6 YEARS I HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND ALWAYS FELT THE ESTIMATES WERE HONEST. IN THE PAST I HAVE OWNED 11 BRAND NEW CARS MAINLY 2 CHEVY"S. 1 OLDS., 3 BUICKS AND 5 CADS. NEVER HAD THE SAME SERVICE WRITER. PLUS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE FOR SERVICE. MANY TIMES PADDING THE BILL. WHEN SERVICE BILLS ARE PADDED I TRY TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE. THIS CAR IS THE BEST ONE THAT I HAVE OWNED.
